DLF’s ₹11,000-Crore Privana North Project in Gurugram Sells Out Within a Week

DLF Ltd announced on June 18 that its ultra-luxury residential project, DLF Privana North, has been fully sold out within just one week of launch. Valued at approximately ₹11,000 crore, the project is part of the developer’s expansive 116-acre integrated township—DLF Privana—located in Sectors 76 and 77 of Gurugram.

According to the company’s filing, Privana North features an exclusive collection of premium residences, spread over 17.7 acres. The development includes six stilt + 50-storey towers, making them the tallest residential buildings DLF has constructed to date. The project comprises 1,152 spacious 4BHK apartments and 12 luxurious penthouses, aiming to redefine upscale urban living.

In early trading on June 18, DLF’s stock rose 1.47%, reaching ₹864.

Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer at DLF Home Developers, stated:

“Privana North embodies DLF’s vision of creating expansive homes, panoramic views, and sky-high privacy. The overwhelming response underscores strong demand for DLF’s premium offerings, with interest pouring in from both domestic and international buyers.”

This successful launch follows the sell-out of two earlier projects within the same township—DLF Privana South and DLF Privana West—which together generated around ₹12,800 crore. In May 2024, DLF sold all 795 units of the 12.57-acre Privana West project within three days, totaling ₹5,590 crore in bookings.

Privana North marks the third addition to the township, with an estimated development investment of ₹5,500 crore.

DLF, India’s largest real estate developer by market capitalisation, reported record pre-sales of ₹21,223 crore in FY 2024–25, reflecting a 44% growth over ₹14,778 crore in the previous fiscal.
