Embassy Developments finalizes ₹1,125 crore land sale to global semiconductor firm in Bengaluru


Embassy Developments Ltd (EDL), through its wholly owned subsidiary Embassy East Business Park Pvt Ltd, has agreed to sell a 25-acre land parcel in Bengaluru’s Whitefield to Lam Research (India) Private Limited, a leading global semiconductor equipment manufacturer, for ₹1,125 crore, the company announced.


This transaction reinforces Bengaluru’s status as a premier technology and innovation hub, attracting high-tech investments and bolstering the city's commercial infrastructure.
