Registration for the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority’s (GNIDA) residential plot scheme is now open, with the application deadline set for January 25. The scheme offers plots priced between ₹27 lakh and ₹2 crore, located across four prime sectors in Greater Noida: Sector 2, Beta 2, Delta 2, and Sigma 2.

The plots range in size from 51 square meters to 500 square meters. These locations provide excellent connectivity, being near the Yamuna Expressway, which links Greater Noida to Mathura and Agra.

Registration and Allotment

Applicants must register for the scheme to participate in the e-auction process, with the date of the auction to be announced separately. Successful bidders will be granted possession of the plots within 30 days of completing all formalities post-auction.

Plot Details and Prices

• Sector 2: Seven plots, each measuring 220 sqm, priced between ₹1.14 crore and ₹1.2 crore.
• Delta 2: A 200 sqm plot with a reserve price of ₹1 crore.
• Sigma 2: The largest plot, measuring 500 sqm, priced at over ₹2 crore, is the premium offering.
• Beta 2: The smallest plot, measuring 51 sqm, is priced at ₹26.75 lakh.

Payment Terms

Participants must deposit 10% of the reserve price as a registration fee to join the e-auction. Upon allotment:

• 25% of the total premium, including the registration fee, must be paid within 15 days as the allotment amount.
• The remaining 75% can be paid either:
  • In full within 60 days for a 2% rebate on the bid price, or
  • In four quarterly installments over one year with simple interest.
